| I have been using Active-Venture for at least 5 years. I have hosted several sites with them over the years. For the past year I have been hosting my first major online business on their site. In the past week my site has been down 2 times. It is down right now (so far for 8+ hours). I have no way of contacting them other than submitting a support ticket. I have no idea when I will hear back from them. Doesn't give me a good feeling. I'm definitely looking for another hosting company. Ideally, a company that I can call if I have a problem like this. |
