| AIT is a terrible company with terrible customer service and they have progressively gotten worse. We had our website served by them for years until recently Google started showing 404 (not found) errors on our pages. We contacted AIT to see if the server had been going down and they told us that was impossible. Baffled, we got a program that tracks when a server goes down. Unsurprisingly, AIT was down for SIGNIFICANT PERIODS of time each week. We have recently switched servers and no longer have any problems. STAY away from AIT. |

| I have a host that I've been a reseller for for over 3 or 4 yrs. I've put in many trouble tickets (TT). Many times I couldn't get through to tech support. Many times my sites are down, I loose DB connectivity, the email doesn't work, the ftp doesn't work, Oh and hacking too! It takes sometimes 24 hours before something happens from a TT. I've built my business around them, upgrading almost every year to a bigger server. Why have I stayed with them? Well, it's costly to move 50 sites...who's going to pay for that? I tried to move once before...I moved 17 sites and that was a big mistake...I had to move them back and that cost me 6 weeks of work and over $1,000 to move back. Now, I've found a host that's dependable and I've started moving sites over one by one (how many TTs have I put in with the new host...? "zero" in a whole year...but now I have to move 23 sites over at once...I've got to move...I can't take the down time. It's scary when I start humming the onhold phone song to tech support. I keep tech supports passwords with me where ever I go. I've bookmarked tech support on all computers. Does anyone know of an Internet Attorney? I want to a free consultation to see if I can collect for damages. There's got to be a governing body to protect us. After I move all of my sites over to the new host...we'll see what they hit me with a far as my contract...They will probably say that I have a yearly contract and have to pay out the rest of my contract...but I've been paying monthly at the monthly rate not the annual rate...we'll see. |

| Started with these guys because they seemed to have it all. Well reality is the dial up reseller accounts are junk because they can never connect (username or password not valid) or it gets shut off after 50 hours of connect time! Server down time? Can't believe what ya read here! My webs averaged 98% or less. They lie about the problems or give no information as to why your sites get messed up! Don't throw away your money. Avoid at all costs. I am moving all of my webs today to another provider! |

| I had a very bad experience with ait. I'm not rich so I was looking for a cheap domain reseller account so I can resell domains and earn. I signed up with them and paid through credit card. My card had enough credits and I entered correctly the security code. It said that payment failed. I kept on trying and it keeps on failing. I tried checking my online credit card statement and there was a charge from ait. I even did not get my registered domain. I contacted them and they kept on denying that they charged my account. they asked me to fax my billing statement to prove and I did. But when I contacted them about it, I got no more replies from them. REALLY SCAM! |

| It is hard for me to describe my frustration with AIT. They were to host only my domain name, since my emails were to go to my server. Some how AIT personnel flipped the service so my e-mails ended up on there server. They fixed it after a week of calls. Then one week later, it occurred again. No e-mails. When my IT guy checked, my e-mails were again directed to their server. They acknowledged the problem in a call but nothing happened. Whats worse, they stopped responding to calls, to e-mails to anything. Had to create a new Domain and get back in business. This outfit is dangerous to your busness health. Work with them at your finacial peril. I only wish they would file suit against me for defamation. I'd love to get them in a local court. |

| Worst of the worst. I have hosted with 3 other companies and these AIT a-holes are the bottom of the pit. They even advertise they are an INC 500 company (see the logo on their site) but what they don't tell you is that they were in the INC 500 back almost 10 years ago around 1998, when they were still a startup and the Internet boom happened. They are not competitive with what other hosting companies are offering. And they are re-marketing old technology to try and make it seem as though it just came out today. There is a picture of the owner on the main site that says "From the Garage to Millions of Dollars.." and I bet in the next few years they're going to be back in the garage. This company has the worst customer tech support, and they are slow in answering tickets, I have dealt with rude, erratic people over the phone, it seems like the people that work there hate their jobs and they definetly show it. |

| Don't take your business to AIT! They lie, steal, fail to deliver and their servers and network crash so often its hard to keep track. AIT was once a good company -- but it is a total scam now -- don't waste time or money with them. you've been warned --they are the worst of the worst. |

| I've hosted dozens of sites on a dedicated server at AIT for years and the only serious problem I've had is email. You can setup aliases or manage your own mail through MX records to your own IP, but if you need dependable email server from thier iMail forget it. They can't even tell you consistently how to setup Outlook. Aside from email the value is pretty good, but I've lost more than one customer over email problems. |

| I've been dealing with them for years and years and they are just fine. I've never been ripped off by them either. They charge your credit card for their services. Are you implying that they have illegally charged your card? If so, I suggest you contact the police. If not, I suggest that you not make such statements. |
