| Has been with Blue Fish since 2006. At first, they had awesome customer service. Last 2 years, they became totally unresponse. Couldn't reach anyone at Blue Fish anymore. The worst customer service ever! They charge your credit card automatically. Had to contact my credit card company to get money back because no one at Blue Fish would repond to emails or phone calls. I have now switched to a different host. Good Riddens!!! |

| Same issue as first reviewer, they no longer answer emails nor return calls, you can't even wait for anyone on hold. When I first signed on a couple of years ago there was great service. |

Bluefishhosting.com used to have good support, however, as of this writing, they have sunk to an all-time low with zero support, plus they are now holding ours and other websites hostage by refusing to honor requests for domain transfers.
My advice is avoid bluefishhosting.com at all costs, or be VERY sorry later.
