I have been with this company for a couple of years and find them to not pay attention to the little customer. I changed my email account from using shaw and switched to brickhost a year ago. I paid for a years subscription and have not received any receipts for it. I had contacted them by e-mail to let them know they hadn't changed my contact information. I have not been receiving e-maisl for what the credit was and I even changed my contact information myself on the website panel. Today I went to check my e-mail, (it is a Sunday) and my account was wiped with a lot of important business e-mails and addresses, as well as business website passwords, and my website down. I sent an "emergency" page an hour ago and nothing. Their website boasts support 24/7 which is obviously not true. They also don't have contact numbers on their website, or the address of their offices.
The busiest traffic for my website is on the week-ends and this is going to reflect poorly to my clientele and I am extremely angry right now as this may present to my customer as a reflection of my business |
