| You could say the service is ok until a problem occurs. They have absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. The usual response is to send you insulting e-mails and blaming everything on the user. I actually cancelled and forfeited the money just to be done with them and I have never looked back. With so many hosting companies providing equal value and great customer service, why would anyone want to waste time with these clowns? |

If u ask them for help, they threaten to cancel your account. and when u ask them for help again, they cancel your account.
These people suck. they treat things like EVERYONE should know about web hosting.They overcharge you , and when you question that, they cancel your accounts. |
