I have had hosting with Datacities on and off for about 2+ years. The first time their service was pretty good and I was willing to deal with the down time and other problems because they had fantastic prices. Then after awhile I noticed I was down way more than their 99.9% advertised availability and started to lose customers. After refunding more money than I was bringing in I notified my clients that they would need to find another host and 2 months later stopped reselling.
Well I made the mistake of coming back and now it’s worse than ever. I have had a support ticket open for almost 48 hours and the only response I have had from Mike Cruze is “Is this still happening? Please let us know.” Well I let them know it was a problem, asked for an update and still no response. Now if you are asking to give them money or to buy something by god they will jump through flaming hoops to get an email to you in less than 5 minutes. Every time I get an outage I see the CPU is pegged or connectivity to MySQL is broken. It is always something with these guys and the something is always a lame excuse.
