| As many of you know, edgewebhost.com has recently been involved in many cased of fraud, contract violations, and have recently ceased all communication with it’s customers. This company is horrible! I registered for a plan and paid, but they never actually sent me my information or set up my account. I filed a dispute with PayPal, and only then did they bother to respond to me (in broken English).
After much arguing, they actually ended up sending me someone else's account informaiton, password and all. I sent them my name in my communications several times (they could have also looked at the "from" colums in the emails I sent them or on PayPal)
I still haven't recieved my refund, though after much arguing they promised it to me. I think I'll have to file a claim with PayPal to get it back. Thank God for PayPal!
So yeah, definitely don't host with this "company." They're extremely unprofessional and even sent me someone else's personal information. There are much better options out there.
I can't really comment on the quality of the service since I didn't actually recieve any (I tried though!) But if they're this horrible to potential new customers, how badly must they treat the ones they already have?? |
