| I purchased a year of a so called "unlimited hosting" account with ehost.com. Then found out that you can't manage your domains separately. There is no phone support, only emails that get lost in translation. I used the service for 15 days and was very unhappy with the lack of customer service. I ask about refund if I canceled my account. Was told there are no refunds. That was never mentioned in product info. I disputed the PayPal transaction stating that I wanted a refund minus one month service that I didn't even use. ehost is fighting it. Try godaddy instead! They have 24/7 customer service and better prices!! |

The company takes at least 48 hours to respond to issues, then pretends not to understand the issues at hand. This has been a problem for over a year in trying to get things pointed in the right direction.
Final straw. ehost set up an account at my hosting provider, and pointed the name servers at their own hosting and tried to charge me for it. Unbelievable.
I didn't want hosting. I just wanted them to register my domain, and point to my server located at a separate hosting company. I have tried to transfer registration, but they have been so uncooperative, that I just have paid for registration for several years, and just want it to work. So far, my site is still down and I am losing business.
