| simple mx record change took a week, 3 escalations, 3 senior admins and still failed. cname request was completely ignored despite saying completed. these are changes you can make yourself in at any reasonable host. control panel looks like something you wrote in vb in 1996 but didnt show anyone because it sucked. very few changes customers can make themselves; and, seemingly, very few changes the admins can figure out how to make. if you have clients don't quote any worktime that involves these guys. |

Overall I like them, customer service is very good, I get most replies within an hour. I'm able to manage and do what I want with my accounts (3). I have had 1 account since 2002. However some of my dislikes - 1.) They have upgraded my server with out telling me, My secure address changed and I was getting none of my forms. 2.) Some of their tools are outdated. 3.) Their spam filter has a limit of 1000 words, as if I can control how many words the spammers use.
