| I found the service to be very BAD! I signed up for a SHOUTcast server, Paid Them and started to wait for it to be setup by InceptionGS. I received a Email from them almost instantly stating my sever would take only a few mins to set up and I would receive a Email with my account details "Very Shortly"...I was very excited to get my server!....TWO(2) DAYS LATER i still had not received any more info! After Leaving Multiple Emails, Support Tickets and Posts in Their Forums and trying to talk to their Online Support (no one was ever online!) I received a Ticket reply on DAY 3 of my membership stating and I quote:"The promotional offer of (nearly free) stream hosting is over. We will refund you.Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, InceptionGS" - I DO NOT have a problem that the service was over (well not really) but that I am writing this a week after they told me that and they are STILL OFFERING the service that they said was over and STILL accepting payments to sign up for it! There is no expiry date on the page? I am guessing that the service has been over for a while, yet they STILL OFFER IT!?!? Time to do a little updating! Hey I thought offering a service, accepting payments and not delivering anything is false advertising!? I was really looking forward to using their service for a long, long period of time but after their very poor response time and delayed service (no service at all!) I have to give InceptionGS a very, very poor review! I really hope they change how they treat customers, because I can't see them keeping any the way I was treated.......bad=( |
