| Mediacatch was once pretty good and their support was great. But now it takes so long to respond and their website seems to be falling apart. i tried to register another domain and the sending of the form kept on failing... |

| Mediacatch is the worst hosting site ever. I have been trying to get a hold of the billing department for weeks because my years worth of service is up and they keep trying to bill me (luckily it's an old credit card) and they won't give me back my domain. They are costing me thousands of dollars. And I am looking to get a lawyer soon! |

| have used them for two years and most of the time they're fine. down-time, however, has been too frequent; service is by web-form only and response is not timely. |

Impossible to get timely responses to support. It's pretty obvious this operation is done "off peak" as a support request invariably gets answered after 8:00pm mountain time regardless of when you submit it.
After cancelling the account, they were completely unresponsive about modifying the domain registration. |
