| She is a crook and had stolen a client from me when there was no need. They double billed me as well and got to be extremely ignorant when you question their practices and mistakes. I walked away from them to avoid having a headache and especially in dealing with Ivy who is a crook in her own way. Avoid them like the plague!! |

| Owners hijacked a customer I had signed up for Navpoint. When I wanted to move the customer to a PHP ready site, the owners wife restricted the domain name transfer even though she did not have anything to do with bringing that customer to navpoint and or designing his web page. Navpoint is the lowest of the low when it comes to service and they are the best at screwing over people through billing and support. They are horrible...avoid like your life depnds on it! |

| The company I work for has dealt with Navpoint for close to 8 years. They have helped us out of tight jams with ISP, domains as well as email service. I have nothing but the utmost confidence in them. |

| The negative reviews posted here are from one former employee. My wife owns the company and I would NOT give it a negative rating. The 99% plus uptime for the last 14 years speaks for itself. Billing is automated. We have helped people and companies with their web presence and most of out customers have been with us since the beginning. By the way, all servers are multihomed, generator powered and housed in our datacenter. In addition to small businesses we host banks, schools and medical practices. Security is top notch. Navpoint is perfect for those that don't need a web site. Their service is off and on, response time is so-so, and have the most confusing billing system (they enjoy double billing).
