| I have to say this is one of the worst companies to deal with. I had a website hosted with them for almost 3 years. They started out pretty good, but then about a year or so ago, everything went down hill from there. I decided to transfer my hosting to another webhosting company, but kept my domain registered through them, BIG MISTAKE! I should have known better. |

| I should have known NOT to renew, but they promised to do better. My site went down 12/22/07. I've sent help tickets every single day, two or three times a day since then and have gotten absolutely zero response! This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a poor excuse for a host. |

| They let their CPanel license expire. Filled out a support ticket to get some answers 2 days ago and have not heard anything back. I pay on time every month $45 and have hosted there 2 years. This is what I get for it. |

| Wow! I don't know where to begin. Newista started out rather helpful and their start up time was excellent. That's about ALL that was excellent. Customer service/support is close to nonexistant. I've currently been without service for going on six days. If your monetary lifeline is internet related, DO NOT USE this host. You will regret it. |
