I just signed up with psek.com 2 weeks ago. Our webpage manager who was transferring our site over informed me that their server was down - 1 day after signing up with them. Their server ended up being down for more than 48 hours which was a red flag to us!
Their website promotes "100% Uptime Guarantee", and "24/7 Support"--- This is SO FALSE! I have initiated 3 different support tickets, all of which still have a status of "Pending", a week later. I have tried contacting their 800 number at least 20 times and only get an answering service, no one ever answers and I have not received a call back from voicemail messages I left.
WORST HOSTING COMPANY- NO SUPPORT- SERVER WAS DOWN 2nd DAY WE JOINED! DO NOT JOIN!!!
I have now moved our site over to godaddy.com who I now HIGHLY recommend. I had to call them at 1am the other night during our transfer and I got to talk to a LIVE person who walked me thru what to do with the site.

| This is the one honest, responsive, competent, and reliable hosting service I've found. Their prices aren't absurdly low, but considering the service, I'm glad to pay. In many years, maybe there have been two small mistakes and those were immediately rectified. Support requests are answered almost immediately, even though my support incidents are just about always because I mess up. |

I've been with them for years and always had great service... but I recently ran into an issue that really brought their true colors to light.
I purchased 3 domain names through them years back. Each year they would auto-renew and charge me correctly. Recently, something messed up on their end (they failed to acknowledged) with billing, that I started getting billed for false charges. All 3 domains then expired. I then contact support and Brandon responded with.. "you never had these registered through us". Which was totally false, because they are the only company I ever purchased domains through... and a simple WHOIS lookup showed them as the registrar.
I have never been lied to, falsely charged and ignored in all my life from any host (and believe me... I've been through some very poor hosting providers).
I also tried calling their 1-800 number, but I always get an answering machine. Left multiple message with a callback number and have yet to receive a callback (been over a week). Support tickets are still pending action as well.
So, now I have 3 different sites that are down... email down... all because this company messed up charging me and managing my domains correctly.
I went ahead and contacted a lawyer about how to pursue the false charges and the failure to bill me for the domain names that I own.
So... a big NEGATIVE as far as this host goes. Poor support (Brandon is the only person who replies... all other support does is route your tickets to Brandon to resolve)... phone support is fake... falsely charge your card for things they call "Services"... but never outline what these services are... and allow your auto-renew domains to expire... then lie to your face saying they were never registered with them.
Poor company. Will never do business again in the future. |

| I'll second the horrible customer service and raise you they are always passing the buck. Problems are never theirs and they have no telephone technical support, email only! |

| Bar none - the best hosting company out there! These guys are a "Quality" Host - been with them for years now and my sites have loaded fast and never been down. When I have a question, Support is great, they respond immediately and even have an (800) number I can call. Go pSek Hosting!!! |
