I was referred over to ReliableSite by Betty and have been satisfied with the hosting. Everything seems to work well.

If you need affordable hosting, they are really the way to go.

Who is copying and pasting the bad reviews over and over? Both the "buck" and "bren" review appear over and over and over again. Maybe someone should start copying the good reviews over and over, I bet they way outnumber the bad.

There are lot of issues with their servers. RSNET1 was down some days back and now RSNET4 is down. This is getting extremely frustrating as they take around 3-4 days to get everything up. Also, their support desk goes down with their servers and this is really bad. They are using very low quality and bad hardware of their servers.

I have had my new forum for stay at home mom's running on their hosting for a year and it has been absolutely wonderful! Everyone has been happy with the speed and they helped me set it all up.

So far I've referred 4 other customers there.

Who is copying and pasting the same review over and over? It's very annoying.

Reliable?? What a joke! We've had a site down for nearly a FULL WEEK now, with no real end to the problem in sight.

They've stopped answering tickets and don't seem to care about their customers at all. I've been using various hosts for over 10 years now and this is by far the worst service I've ever received.

We've had no communication for days now, we don't know if or when we'll even get the site back up... our client is now ready to leave us because of this (understandably).

Service prior to this was 'OK', but this last week has been atrocious, with no apologies and no real explanation.

Any posts they dont like the look of on their support forum they simply delete and ignore, which is highly unprofessional - why not spend some time trying to rectify the problem, rather than waste time trying to limit damage this is causing your company?

ANSWER OUR SUPPORT TICKETS!!!! GET YOUR SERVERS BACK UP AND RUNNING!!!

Because of this screw up we are now having to spend today sorting new hosting (which we will have to bear the costs of) - this is NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

We have our company legal site with ReliableSite, so far it's been up for the long haul and everything is working. I've recommended 4 clients of mine to them and all have been happy as well. If you want a nice priced web hosting company that offers a lot of nice features I would recommend giving them a try.

Super fast servers. Haven't had to contact support yet.

My sites been down for over 4 days now. Was reasonably happy before this past week. I know they are having problems but I feel I've been moved to the back of the queue again and can see at least another 3 or 4 days before I'm back up.

I won't be recommended them.

My company has been hosting with reliablesite for a little over a year and the experience has been very pleasant all around. Support staff have been prompt, very knowledgable, and extremely polite. Uptime has been...well always up. Server speeds are perfect, the site always loads up quickly.

John, I'm sending you a recommendation e-mail that you can use on your site. Good luck to your company, and for those few guys that decide to write 1 sentence "oh they suck" reviews (which honestly seems like 1 really unhappy customer faking reviews left and right) you really should just move on as others suggested. Whenever I've ever had issues either John or Radic have been there to get things resolved so quickly that sometimes I'm in disbelief for the price I pay.

I have 37 web sites hosted at www.reliablesite.net and have always had compliments from my visitors with how fast it loads and how little downtime there is. This is a web host you will want to look at if you need a new home.

Now I know your bsing, because I know my IP is unique since I was on a business trip using the hotel's network. You need to check below, there is more than 1 Tom and I'm still quite happy. I honestly don't know anything about the other IPs, but did you ever think that they were just copied over whether it be by reliablesite reps or not, that doesn't make them any less legit since they were originally posted somewhere by an actual customer. I still don't know what you'll achieve by this. Mentioned below by another poster, they provide a service with a money bck guarantee for $5 so explain to me in what way they really did anything wrong. They aren't stealing, doing anything illegal, etc. Business is business and people try to get the word out about themselves the best they can. You need to own a business to understand that. The site here is to make money as well and they are "cheating" by your standards and placing horribly rated sevices at the top to simply make money. Think logical. Ok enough arguing from me, I just had to put that out there. Kayz, honestly I wish you the best with everything but you may want to contact them beforehand to see what they say in regards to it because you may be asking for trouble on some gray areas that you have't yet proven here.

I posted a positive review earlier, but I definitely want to join in this conversation. You accuse someone of cheating on a site that provides nothing but false information. Have you checked the top 10 sites here, they're all sponsored? If you take a look at these reviews, they are legit from actual customers, I believe I saw a few on their forum. So I have no idea how its cheating. Radic is a great guy and I've had the pleasure of being asisted by him personally. He is really curtious and knows his stuff. You really need to calm down and just find another hosting company that will fit your needs.

To kays, I think it's hilarious that you would waste your time trying to bash a $5 service. They provide a service and are in no way "cheating" you out of your service, especially if you say you're stil an active customer. Get ready for another walmart sucks website everyone. Get a life, move on, there are thousands of hosting services that want your business and plenty of them that charge twice as much as reliablesite and give 1/10 the service.

"Kayz" I have no idea what you're talking about, but most of my support tickets have been submitted on the weekends. They always get back to me quickly.

Everything about ReliableSite has been pretty positive and solid. If you want a quality host at a really good price, this is where you want to go!

I have been a customer with reliablesite.net for over 6 months now. They have exceeded my expectations in all areas of hosting. I don't think I have ever had any downtime. Ever questions or ticket I have submitted has been answered almost immediately. I highly recommend!

I've been through about 4 other low price ASP .NET hosting companies over the last 3 years or so...none even come close to the value and service that ReliableSite.net offers.

It is so refreshing to be able to IM Radic or other staff members and get truly instant support. Most other hosting companies have only paid lip-service to "online chat" support...it was never active!

And now to have Windows Server 2008 and the new control panel where I can backup my own databases, zip and unzip files...it just got even better!

For the last months, I was searching for a good web host. I went to so many companies and it was always really depressing that they weren't any good web hosting companies around. When I found RS.Net, their website got me into signing an account. Now, iv'e been a customer for more then 3 months now, their support is really the fastest I ever had and I never experienced anything "frustrating" with RS.net. I'm currently developping a new website and you can be sure it will be hosted @ RS.net!

I just transferred from one of RS' servers with Helm3 to one of the newer servers with DotNetPanel. I thought it would be a difficult process moving all my apps and databases, but as usual the great support team at RS made it easy.

I had one little problem with one of my databases so I fired off a quick e-mail to support and the problem was resolved within minutes.

It's hard to put a price on good support and that is exactly what I've found with Reliablesite.net.

I've been here since before the datacenter migration and I don't worry about any problems with my site because I know I've got a great support team behind me.

This hosting company is superb. After sometime with ReliableSite I can absolutely say that I have never had support like this at any of the other major hosting companies I have worked with. They truly go above and beyond.

Price wise, I could not find what I am getting anywhere else, plus they never oversell, or charge you for going over allowances. Who does that?!

I have 20 domains with them and still growing...

Honestly, there are some features, like having to contact support to increase mailbox sizes that are a tad inconvienent. However, everytime I come across a seemingly downside to hosting here, I ask support about their reasoning and I get an indepth explanation of why that specific greivance I may have actually helps them improve security, uptime, or the speed of the servers.

I really cannot say how much support I have gotten from ReliableSite, for things that otehr hosting companies would have laughed at me for asking. From my experience, you cannot go wrong.

Had a tough time to setup my ssl certificates. It took 4 days for them to respond to my queries. They are out of office every weekend and operate only 5 days a week. I'll like to stay more if they can be more friendly and responsive. 4 days to respond to a query is just too much :(

Had nothing but problems with tech support for the last 4 months. Taking 1 to 2 weeks to resolve simple support issues is not acceptable. There only seems to be on person that knows that he's doing. I'll be moving my site once my year is up, if not before.

I searched a lot and I've got tired. Really. WHT -- sux -- no real offers from them!

Then I searched ASP.net forums and found reliablesite.net

Then I contacted them via MSN and I am happy with presales support.

I next few days I will manage an Internet Credit Card and will start the account

Then I will come back with my experience reviews.

The great host definitelly must have (deserves!!) "commuity advertising" like here -- in form of our reviews.

So if they are as great as it was today talking to Radic -- I will feel some obligation to go arround the internet and post some positive reviews.

(Should they frustrate me -- I will really do the same in negative way, but right now I am happy -- my business will start in few days!!!!!!! With the guys who answer even dumb questions in seconds! online!!!)

I was a little dubious about the amount of company information and contact options... until I talked to them, that was.

Their support is truly above and beyond. I have learned so much in working with this hosting provider and would suggest that anyone who has doubts should contact them and test the service yourself.
