| I have been trying to contact ServerPro for many days now, can any reviewer advise how to get in touch? I have logged many tickets. They have renewed my domain by charging my card, but my domain is offline. I am very surprised that I am getting no response at all from Serverpro. How many days would someone wait for a human contact? I have many emails advising your case is logged, but I have receieved no response from Serverpro about the fact that my web site is down. I have been a customer of Serverpro for many years. Now I am very sad about such poor service and I would think very carefully about recommending them. |

| Serverpro.com average uptime is 99.993%? I don't think so!! My website has gone down at least once a month (sometimes more) every single month since I started having my site hosted by them. Their support, even when you mark a support ticket as Emergency, or Critical, is a joke, they take hours, sometimes days to get back to you, and even then, will ask you questions that they could find the answers to in their logs, before they wll do anything at all. Definitely NOT good value for money. |

| Good service for the first 6 months - the last month they've stopped providing service - the server is constantly down and they aren't providing information as to why or what is going on. |
