They seem to have stopped offering support. If your server is still up then I'd strongly advise getting your data and changing to a new host - or just try opening a support ticket to see if you get an answer.
It's a shame, I've been with them for over a year now and never had to open a support ticket - it's disappointing to see that they don't answer urgent support tickets.

| My server has been down since January 11th and I have yet to get support for my issue. They claim to have 24-7 support via chat or support ticket. I have submitted a support ticket 7 times since my services went down. I have yet to get a response on one of them. I have email there support email and there emergency email. Still no support, There "24-7" chat has been offline 14days. If you call there phone number it sends you to a voice mail of a guy that barely can speak English saying "Please call back During Normal Business Hours Monday - Friday 8AM-8PM. Even when you call during those hours you get the same voice mail. There support system has seen so much traffic over the last month of upset customers wanting there money back that it has crashed as well and has yet to be fixed. I have tried to make contact with them several times in order to resolve my issue or get my money back. I also am looking for information on there legal department I am considering a lawsuit. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about the situation but have yet to hear any thing about this. In conclusion do not use this company there a joke and you will regret it. I am going to make it my mission to see that this company is shut down for good. |

| We got our server within 24 hours of ordering, we order an Sempron 64bit with a rated CPU clock speed of 3000+ it came with 512mb of ram and we upgraded to an 250GB hard drive. CentOS was installed along with our required control panel Cpanel, The network speed is excellent, we opted for the 100mbps network port and 4000GB monthly bandwidth. There support truely is 24/7 we required an reboot in the midnight and it was done within 20min. The network uptime of my server has been great no downtime or slowdown whatsoever. I will be ordering more server from them in the future. |
