If you have lost your site to www.tokios.com proceed with opening a chargeback for every month you have been billed by their agent 2checkout.com
It's very easy, simply go to your credit card statement either on line or via telephone, and do a chargeback for each month. Provide a link to sites like this one to show that you are not the only one impacted. Your reasoning for going back to the beginning of your commercial relationship is that they agreed to provide backups to your commercial data which goes back to the time you signed on.
Since they are not responding to any of us, chances are they will not respond to any of the requests from 2checkout for an explanation, and you will get all of your funds back.
If enough of us do this, maybe Mike will get his act together to provide us our backed up data in exchange for us dropping our chargebacks.

| Tokios closed down. Their service had been steadily declining and they affected a LOT of people with no notice. It was unethical and I'm suprised they didn't give people a chance to move their sites first. |

| My website has been down for days. I have sent emails via their site, via direct, and even fax. I contacted 2checkout (whom I pay through), and even THEY can't get a response. This is the 2nd time this has happened in less than a month! |

| I've been with tokios for years now but lately there seems to be a problem with them, control panel is down, php script not working, phpmyadmin not working and email bounched and it's been for days now. I better start looking for a new hosting. |
