| I love them, when they are up. But sometimes, I do experience downtimes of HOURS, and when this happens, there is no way of contacting them and there is no explanation for the downtime given. I wanted to give them a mostly positive review, but this one thing--solid hours of downtime--is killing my traffic. People do not forget, nor do they forgive, this kind of downtime. My previous host had this problem even worse and it cost me over half of my readership. If it continues, here, I suppose I'll have to be on the lookout for a new host, yet again. |

| Great when they are running, but every week or so I find that they are down, often for hours and hours. The days I spend checking my stes over and over again, just so I can update one little thing are the worst part of it all. They are down right now... I've been trying to get my site and theirs for about three hours now. |

I just simply can not say enough good things about TCH. Simply put, the best hosting company I've ever used.
I've been using them for the last four years and have never once had my site offline. Tech support (if needed) is knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.

TopClass host gives out very reasonably priced packages. Its great for those people that have alot of data and/or need lots of bandwidth.
Thier servers are reliable and server status is quite reliable/accurate. What little tech support that I needed was fantastic and given in a timely manner.
TopClass NEVER oversells thier server space, leaving you able to always upload new content without the chance that the rack is too full of other account's data.
Even the smaller packages offered has a decent amount of features and database functions. I cant see myself going with another company if I dont have to. |

TopClassHost is an Excellent hosting company. I've used several different hosts since 1994, and topclasshost.com is no doubt the most full featured and RELIABLE hosting company I've ever done business with.
Even their cheapest 'basic' plan is full featured, including mysql databases, cgi, and even shell access if you need it. I can not recommend any other provider, they're that good.
