| Worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have been on hold with them for over 2 hours. That is 2 hours of wait time. I have never experienced a worse phone system. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM!!!!! |

| In the past week, my website directory was revealed and my files were wiped out. I uploaded them again, only to have the site go down again. It's been down now for two days straight. They blow and should stop advertising their services. I agree with everyone here. STAY AWAY. |

| Tech support finally answered tonight about 10:00 PM PST. The valueweb.com site has been down since about 5:30 PM PST. They say the network will be back tonight sometime. |

Terrible company, rude tech support, not enough features. If you choose the web store option to develop the store, then the final URL of your site will not be www.yourdomain.com/whatever
it will be something like
http://store.valueweb.com/storefront/servlet/store/userName
This is the worst thing that can happen to a site as far as marketing and search engine optimization is concerned.
There is no way that this can be customized. I have had it with this company, but since I have invested so much time and money, it would be pointless to move just yet.
Don't make the same mistake I did.

| Valueweb has terrible support. Emails are not answered for days or even weeks if at all. Their shared hosting is not PCI compliant and their answer is to have you upgrade to a dedicated server. Not a good choice for ecommerce! |
